Fujin Contest Details:

Fujin contest If you are applying for Fujin contest, please read and understand the rules of the contest. Once you entry for the contest, we understand that you agree to all the details/rules below.

Contest period:

For Fujin Mark II - Starts on September 28th, 2015 and ends at 5 pm PST, December 31th, 2015
For Fujin D-Starts on October 28th, 2015 and ends at 5 pm PST, January 31st, 2016


Photo shooting trip of 3 nights and 4days for one winner and a guest to Japan Please read “Full details” for more detailed information. * The prize details are subject to change.

How to entry Fujin contest:

Send us one photo you have taken with your camera. (one photo per person) You must include on the entry form your sale order number, your name, your email address and a title of your picture.
*Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.

Qualification Requirements:

Purchase required: To be eligible to enter contest you must purchase either Fujin MarkⅡor Fujin D on our online store at http://usa-ipp.com (Customers who purchase only Filter set are not eligible)

You must agree to articipate in providing us feedback/reviews of the prize and Japan photo shooting trip. You can post about us and the trip on your blogs or your social media pages. Also you agree to that we will be posting your photos and your feedback/reviews about the prize and the trip on our website(s).

Selection of the winner/Notification:

After the contest closes, the winner will be notified by an email from us. We post the criteria for selection of a winner on our FB and instagram.

We will count how many "like" or "share" we get on our FB and instagram from you.

The prize winner will be selected by Ipp members and photographers in Japan


Fujin Prize:

One winner and one guest will be flown to Japan where a place we have selected for you to do photo shooting. We will invite the winner and the guest to Japan photo shooting trip we have scheduled for you. The tour will be planned sometime From March to August in 2016. (Planned schedule may be modified)

Photo shooting location can modified depending on the season you visit Japan as well.

The prize includes round trip airfare tickets (oil surcharge fee is included) for two and includes a 3 nights hotel voucher. (Optional extras are not included)
Economy class flights from the airport near where you live to either Haneda or Narita international airport in Japan. (Airport in Japan may be changed based on the trip destination) One day is for photo shooting. Free time for the rest of the trip. Flights to Japan: dates TBD.

We are not responsible for Acquisition cost of your passport, cost of your meals in Japan, hotel resort fee, and any other taxes and/or surcharges. Any additional costs are not included in the prize and are at the prize winner’s own expense and responsibility

Your passport must be valid at least for another 90 days.

The winner must agree to us that we do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this Japan photo shooting trip. We highly recommend for the winner and the guest to take out travel insurance.

If the guest is under age, it requires parental consent. If you are under 15 years old, you need a guardian with you.

We require you to sign an agreement of Japan photo shooting trip.

We might have to cancel or postpone the trip in case of hijacking, government instruction, close of accommodation, transportation issue, strikes, and any other possible circumstances.

If the winner is not be able to go to Japan trip because of sickness or any accidents, the winner will be disqualified for the prize. In this case, please contact us immediately.


Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

We do not allow multiple Entries by using multiple different email addresses that causing the traffic to the access to our website. (one entry per person)

We do not allow any access to us by improper users, by multiplying to such fraud and system malfunction and causing a disadvantage to our promotion.

Selection of the winner/Notification:

The winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks after the contest closes. *Please ensure our email will not go into your junk box mail or get deleted. We are not responsible for loss of your entry because of the server system, and if that happens, you need to re-submit for the contest.

The winner must reply to us in order to accept the prize within 7 days after you receive an email notification from us. Please inform us your name and the name of your traveling guest. A failure by the winner to respond by this date will be treated as a forfeiture of the prize and that prize will be withdrawn . If the winner does not respond to us within 7 days of notification, the winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. We will send the prize to the winner within a month after the selection.

Please let us know if the prize has not arrived to the winner. If you did not receive the prize because of a failure by the winner providing an incorrect address, moving, or inaccurate contact information, we will cancel the prize for the winner. We are not responsible for your cancellation of the prize because of your personal reasons


Winner agrees that after the trip, we require the winner to provide feedback, winner must agree in giving us feedback/reviews of the prize and Japan photo shooting tour. We may ask you to post about the trip on your blogs and your social media pages if you have any. Also you must agree to that we hae the right to post your photos and your feedback/reviews on our website and socila media as well.

If submission in incomplete, the entry is invalid..

The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be resold, redeemed for cash or any form of compensation.

If the winner is does not accept all details of participation and adhere to all the rules, the prize will be forfeited.

There is possibility that the contest and details of particiation may be modified.

We will not be able to reply to any emails about the selection of the winner.

The trip schedule (location, date) may be modified in a last minute.

Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the contest, such as the cost of accessing the internet.

We are unable to reply to anyone inquiring about computer or browser problems you may have in order to entry the contest.

Personal information:

During the promotion we keep your private information (your name, your phone number, your address and email address) only to contact you.

Once your entry is submitted, your entry cannot be modified, deleted or cancelled.

Entries may not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. Ippusa reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw entries and/or Entrants at any time during the Promotion.

During and after the contest closes, image entries become the property of Ippusa, and will not be returned. (all images become the property of IPP and may be used for marketing purposes)
